Shipping costs
As a rule, all products can be delivered without delay and will be handed over to the transport service provider within 2-3 days. If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail.National and international deliveries up to 1 kg are usually sent as WARENPOST (a service of Deutsche Post), over 1 kg by postal parcel. In individual cases, the goods can also be handed over to a courier service provider for international shipments.
The transit times of the transport service provider cannot be influenced by the sender. The standard transit time as well as the tracking of DHL postal parcel and WARENPOST can be viewed on their website.
